Thank you for shopping at EDOS.
We hope that you love our swimwear as much as we do. If you change your mind, you can return it to us within 14 days for an exchange or a refund.
How do I return an item?
Please send an email to info@edosswimwear.com, where you will receive full instructions as well as your shipping waybill.
For international returns costs are to be covered by the customer. EDOS provides a hassle-free return label on your behalf, handling customs on re-entry, there is a fixed price deducted from your refund for the DHL Express return shipping cost.
All products must be returned in a perfect condition, unused and with the tags/hangtags and protective stickers attached. All items are subject to inspection - on any sign that the product has been worn, altered, or marked, our quality control reserves the right to reject the return. Returns sent without EDOS authorisation will be returned to sender.
Any refunds shall be made for the price of the items, not inclusive of added shipping options at checkout.
How do I exchange an item?
We offer complimentary shipping on exchanges dependent on stock availability. If the item is out of stock you will be automatically notified.
If you wish to receive a different size or style, please place a new order on our website and return the existing order for a refund via our returns centre, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to ship your item(s) back?
Returns are only accepted through our courier and returns tracked service, any returns sent back by other means that are lost, delayed, or incur customs charges are not our responsibility.
When you drop off your parcel at one of the official DHL service points, the parcel will be scanned and verified with you to ensure it's a valid shipment label and service point, you should immediately receive a return receipt by email from DHL or text if you signed up for phone notifications. Please keep this receipt as it's your proof of return for refund.
